Order will only be shipped out once I've received the payment. You can banking the payment to my
Maybank or
CIMB account.
For online banking, please send the transaction to
sugar88spice(@)gmail(dot)com.
For payment via ATM, you can scan and email me the transaction receipt.
If you're transferring from your own account via ATM, just send me your account number.
Shipping
Sugar & Spice ships within Malaysia via Pos Malaysia's
Poslaju Service. The fees is per order and not per item. Since the fees depend on the weight of the items ordered, it will be advised upon confirmation of order.
I will not be liable if you provide the wrong shipping address, so please make sure you double check your address before sending to me. Since I'm doing this part time, I won't be able to process and ship your orders immediately but rest assure you that I will look into your order ASAP.
Refunds & Exchanges
Items are sold at first come first serve basis. All products are brand new and will be checked for perfect condition before shipping. Our goods are stored in a pet-free and smoke-free condition. Goods sold are not returnable, refundable nor exchangable.
True colour may differ due to the resolutions of monitors. Lightings used during photoshoot may affect this as well.
